This distinguished, historic luxury hotel marks its centennial in 2026—a milestone that honors both legacy and evolution. In collaboration with my husband’s firm, Murphy Cramer, and Nikki Cramer Design, we have thoughtfully reimagined The Lancaster Hotel, refining its identity for both loyal patrons and a new generation of guests.

The Lancaster effortlessly blends warm, timeless elegance with nuanced contemporary details, creating a layered and inviting atmosphere at every turn. Rooted in its storied past, the design also embraces the vibrant energy of Houston’s Theater District, weaving cultural references throughout the interiors.

Each element has been carefully curated to deliver an immersive and memorable guest experience, with subtle nods to the surrounding arts community enhancing the hotel’s narrative.
