I continue to hold fond memories of this remarkable project, completed over two decades ago. Both the home and its owners occupy a truly special place in my heart.

This exceptional collaboration between Paul Draper and myself, alongside the late Frank Welch and his talented studio, was defined by a shared vision and deep trust from our clients. The result is a seamless, fully realized residence in which architecture, interiors, and landscape exist in quiet harmony.

A thoughtful interplay of contemporary furnishings and art with carefully curated Japanese antiques brings a sense of balance and timelessness, each element perfectly attuned to the character of the spaces.
